Dental Bonding
Bonding, an alternative to veneers that can be used as a restorative procedure for teeth that are chipped, discolored, cracked or misarranged.
The tooth is prepared for the procedure by etching the surface lightly and applying a bonding liquid. The liquid sets and a plastic resin is applied and sculpted into the desired shape by the dentist. The resin is trimmed once it is set and smoothed and polished to a natural appearance.
